Coins Terms of Use

Coins are an internal prepaid credit, spendable exclusively on the Packify platform to purchase mystery packs.

How you get them

• Purchase with money via Stripe. Base conversion: 100 Coins = 1 EUR. Bundles may include bonus Coins on top of the base conversion; the bonus is shown on each bundle before you buy.
• First-purchase free packs: on the first Coins purchase on your account, every bundle includes free packs on top of its Coins; the number is shown on each bundle before you buy. A free pack is credited as 500 promotional Coins. It applies once (one account per person, see the Terms, Section 15). After any Coins purchase — including one that is later refunded — it no longer applies; a payment started as a first purchase and completed after that is not credited and is refunded.
• Friend code: every account has an invite link. When a person who signed up through your link makes their first paid Coins purchase, you receive 500 promotional Coins, once per invited person. The reward is credited as soon as they open their first Pack after that purchase. Nothing is credited at sign-up. No reward is due between accounts of the same person or when either account is suspended: if we find that an invited account belongs to the person who invited it, that invite earns no reward and the invite link earns no further rewards. The reward is withdrawn if that purchase is later refunded or disputed and the invited person has no other valid purchase; your balance never goes below zero.
• Review reward: after a delivery we may email you a personal link to review it. A review that includes your username and at least one photo of the cards you received earns 500 promotional Coins (one free Pack), credited once we have checked the photo, whatever the rating. One reward per review link.
• Welcome bonus: 1,000 Coins credited once per person, when your email is verified and your profile is complete. Your first 2 packs are drawn from a dedicated welcome pool.
• Free rewards: free Coins once a day, and a larger amount once every 7 days of consecutive claims. The amount is a random draw within a range we set and may change.
• Buyback of a card: 75% of its reference value.
• Refund for an unavailable card: 100% of the reference value.

Purchased and promotional Coins

Purchased Coins are the Coins you paid for at the base conversion. Promotional Coins are everything else: the bonus part of a bundle, first-purchase free packs, the welcome bonus, free rewards, friend-code rewards, review rewards, and any credit granted at our discretion. When you spend Coins, purchased Coins are used first, then promotional Coins and Coins from Buybacks. Promotional Coins are never refundable, and may be withdrawn if they were obtained through a breach of the Terms and Conditions (for example, multiple accounts used to claim the same bonus more than once). The same applies to Coins that come from promotional Coins — such as the buyback of cards pulled from welcome packs or from packs bought with promotional Coins — and to the packs and cards obtained with them.

Free rewards are a promotion, not a right: we may change their amounts, frequency or conditions, or end them, with effect for the future only.

How you use them

• Only to buy mystery packs on the site.
• They can not be converted to cash, can not be transferred to other users, and are not legal tender.
• A God Pack — the Packify Cup first prize, and the reward we are still working on for completing an expansion — is never sold and has no Coins price. Its cards, once pulled, are ordinary cards: buyback, Binder and shipping apply as usual.

Balance and movements

The balance shown is the sum of all movements recorded on your Coins account. Every operation (purchase, spend, buyback, refund, reward) generates a tracked movement, listed at the bottom of your Coins page. Shipping is paid separately in euros and is never charged to this balance. Validity

Purchased Coins do not expire.

Account closure

If we close your account for a breach of the Terms and Conditions, purchased Coins not yet spent are refunded net of any established damage — except where the breach consists of fraud, technical manipulation of our systems, or use of multiple accounts to abuse promotions, in which case only the Coins tied to that abusive conduct are cancelled. Promotional Coins are never refundable. When accounts share the same identity details, we may treat it as abuse and close the accounts involved (see the Terms, Section 15). If you ask us to close your account, you lose the Coins you have not used.
