Terms and Conditions of Sale

These terms govern the use of the RIP-CARDS site and the purchase of the products offered, operated by [COMPANY NAME], [REGISTERED OFFICE], VAT [___] ("we"). By registering and purchasing you accept the following.

1. What we sell

We sell mystery packs: packs with random contents made up of physical collectible cards, NM condition. The contents of each pack are determined by a deterministic algorithm ("rc1") from a seed, with a fingerprint published before purchase (commit) and the seed revealed after opening, so the result can be independently verified.

Buying a mystery pack is by nature a game of chance: the value of the cards you receive may be higher or lower than the price paid.

2. Coins

Mystery packs can only be purchased with Coins, an internal prepaid credit purchasable with money via Stripe. See the Coins Terms of Use.

3. Registration and requirements

• Registration is limited to people who are 18 or older.
• You must provide truthful information and keep your credentials confidential.
• To buy and to open packs, you must have verified your email address.

4. Opening the pack and right of withdrawal

Before opening a pack you can choose a client seed. The opening of the pack constitutes full performance of the service with your explicit consent and acknowledgment that you lose the right of withdrawal on that pack (Art. 59 of the Italian Consumer Code). A pack not yet opened may be withdrawn from under applicable law.

5. After opening

For every card you receive you can:

• accept the immediate buyback, which credits 75% of the card's reference value in Coins (never in cash);
• keep it in your Binder;
• request its shipping: see the Shipping and Returns Policy.

6. Unavailable card

If an assigned card is not available either in our stock or from our reference suppliers, its equivalent value is credited in Coins (100% of the reference value), never in cash.

7. Prices and payments

Coins prices are shown in EUR. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not handle or store your card details.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the order. Nothing in these terms excludes any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

9. Governing law

Italian law applies. The consumer's local court has jurisdiction where this cannot be excluded by agreement.
