Got questions?
We've got answers.
How packs, verification, Coins, shipping and the Packify Cup work — in plain words.
What am I actually buying?
A digital mystery pack tied to real, physical cards. You open it on the site, and every card you pull is yours: keep it in your Binder, sell it straight back for Coins to open more packs, or have the real card shipped to your door.
Cards are real and shipped in Near Mint condition, by our standards. We source the exact card you pulled — same set, same rarity — when you ask for the shipment.
Which games can I find on Packify?
Packs of Yu-Gi-Oh!, One Piece and Pokémon, always the TCG edition (not Japanese): the cards you receive can be in English, French, German or another TCG language. Every expansion on sale is in the shop.
What's inside a pack, and what are my chances?
Every pack has its own page showing the price, the number of cards and the pull rate for every rarity. It's all public before you buy, and the odds shown when you buy are the ones that apply to your pack.
One more rule: duplicates inside a pack are deliberately rare. Once a card has come out, it weighs 100 times less for the remaining slots of that pack, and it can never show up more than twice. The draw simply lands on a different card of the same rarity instead.
Is there a guaranteed Hit card?
Yes, a minimum one: if you haven't pulled a card worth 500 Coins or more in your last 9 packs of a product, your 10th pack of that product comes with a Hit.
Is it gambling?
A pack's contents are random: you don't know which cards you'll get, but the odds are published before you buy. The cards you pull can be worth more or less than the price of the pack. Every card is a real card you can have shipped, and Coins can't be converted to cash.
Packify is entertainment, not an investment. Only play with what you can afford to spend.
How is a card's value calculated?
Card values are Packify's own prices. We set them from market movements and online stores, and update them regularly: they aren't market quotations and can differ from the price of the same card in a shop or on any other market. The value in Coins is that value in EUR × 100. A card keeps the value fixed when its pack was bought: it's the value you see on the card and the one your buyback is based on.
Market prices move on markets we don't control: a card's value isn't a promise or a forecast of the price at which it can be resold.
What does "verifiable pack" mean, in plain words?
The result of your pack is decided and locked before you open it, and you can check it afterwards. Think of a sealed envelope: we write the result, seal it, show you the sealed envelope, and only then do you decide to open it. In the end you get the opened envelope, so you can confirm nobody changed what was inside.
How does it work technically?
When you buy a pack, our server generates a secret random seed for it. The cards are derived from that seed with a fixed, public formula — like shuffling a deck from an exact starting position.
Before you open, we publish the SHA-256 fingerprint of the seed (the commit). SHA-256 is one-way: you can't get back to the seed from the fingerprint, but changing a single character of the seed changes the fingerprint completely. So the commit locks the result without revealing it.
After you open, we reveal the seed. Compute SHA-256 of it yourself and check it matches the commit you saw before.
What is the client seed?
The result doesn't depend only on our seed but also on a client seed generated by your browser right after payment, once our commit is already saved. It rules out a fair suspicion: "what if the server tried lots of seeds and picked the worst for me before showing the commit?" With a client seed that only arrives after the commit is saved, the outcome can't be worked out by the server alone. From then on the pack's content is fixed and the seed can't be changed. On packs bought before contents were fixed at purchase, you can still type your own client seed until you open them.
How do I verify a pack myself?
Open your pack from Your Packs and, once opened, you'll find the revealed seed, the commit, your client seed and the pack code. Paste them into Verify a pull: it checks that SHA-256(seed) equals the commit, recalculates the cards with the same public algorithm and compares them with the ones you received. It runs entirely in your browser and doesn't call our server. For the full walkthrough see how verification works.
Could you change a card after seeing what I pulled?
No. The cards come mathematically from the seed, and the seed is locked by its SHA-256 fingerprint before you open. Changing even one card would need a different seed, which would produce a different fingerprint and fail the verification.
Could you pick the seed that's best for you?
No. The commit is published before the client seed is final, and the client seed is yours. The server can't know the final result when it commits.
The verification fails (SHA-256 doesn't match). What do I do?
Contact support right away with your pack code. It should never happen, and we treat it as top priority.
What happens to the cards I pull?
They're yours, card by card. Right after opening you can:
- Sell it back instantly for 75% of its value, paid in Coins.
- Keep it in your Binder at no cost, with no expiry.
- Ship it: select it in your Binder, press “Ship home” and request a shipment to your address.
There's also a quick action in the Binder to sell back all your cards in one go.
How much is the buyback?
75% of the card's reference value, the one fixed when the pack was bought, credited in Coins. The rate is published and the same for every card.
Can I get money instead of Coins?
No. Buybacks are paid in Coins, which can only be spent on packs; Coins can't be converted to cash or transferred to other users. Money goes back to your payment method in two cases only: a Coins purchase you haven't used at all, within 14 days, and a shipping fee you paid when none of the cards can be found.
Can I sell or trade cards with other users?
Not yet. There's no user-to-user market in this version of the platform.
Do cards stay in my Binder forever?
Yes, until you decide to ship or sell them back. There's no expiry.
What do I get for completing an expansion?
A God Pack: a pack with only rare cards, drawn from every expansion on Packify. It's never sold. Your Collection shows how many cards you're missing.
We're still working on the God Pack: until it's available, nothing changes on your cards. We'll let you know the moment you can claim it.
Is it the same God Pack as the Packify Cup prize?
No. The Packify Cup one has five cards chosen in advance, Pokémon or One Piece, shown on the Cup page, and goes to the monthly winner. The Collection one goes to anyone who completes an expansion: only rare cards, from every expansion, and we're still working on it.
How does a shipment work?
Select the cards you want in your Binder, press “Ship home”, choose an address and request the shipment. You see the price right away. Then:
- Paid — you pay the shipping right away, or within 14 days (we remind you by email if you forget). Until you pay you can cancel for free.
- Sent — we pack it and email you as soon as it leaves, with the carrier and tracking link when there are any.
- Delivered — you can confirm it yourself on the shipment's page.
If the cards you request are worth more than €250.00 in total, we check the request first: you see the likely price and pay after our approval, usually within 24 hours and at most within 5 working days.
You can follow every step on your Shipping page: each shipment shows what happens next, and once it's sent, a link to track the parcel.
When can I request a shipment?
After your first €9.99 spent on Packify. Until then your cards stay in your Binder, with no expiry, and you can always sell them back for Coins.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping starts from €10.00. This base is always due and covers up to 3 cards worth €10.00 or more. Each further card worth €10.00 or more adds €5.00; each card worth less than €10.00 adds €8.00, because we order it and have it shipped just for you. In your Binder you see the price before you request the shipment, with the cards that raise it. We ship tracked wherever possible: it's always our first choice. It's paid in euros via Stripe, not with Coins. Until you pay you can cancel for free.
Any import duties or customs charges on international shipments are the customer's responsibility.
Which countries do you ship to?
Where our suppliers, or the courier, can deliver: today all the countries of the European Union, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, Japan and Singapore — details in Shipping and Refunds. When you add an address you pick the country from that list. Any other problem with your address is caught before you pay: if we can't deliver, we decline the request and tell you why, and the cards go back to your Binder.
How long does it take, and can I get more than one parcel?
Delivery usually takes 7 to 14 working days from payment: it depends on how easily the card can be found and on where it has to go. Cards from our own stock ship from Italy; the others we buy for you, and they are sent by us or straight by the supplier. So a shipment can arrive as more than one parcel or letter, on different days: that's normal. We email you when it leaves, with the carrier and the tracking link when there is one.
What if a card isn't available?
Then it's refunded to you in Coins at 100% of its reference value (not the 75% of the buyback), we email you, and the other cards ship normally. If you had already paid the shipping, we recalculate it without that card and the difference comes back to you in Coins; if no card is left to ship, the rest of the shipping you paid is refunded to your card.
Can I cancel a shipment or change the address?
Yes, until you pay the shipping. On the shipment's page press “Cancel shipment” and confirm: the cards go back to your Binder and nothing is charged. To use a different address, cancel and request it again. A shipment not paid within 14 days is cancelled automatically. Once it's paid, we order the cards: it can no longer be cancelled or changed.
What if a card arrives damaged, or a parcel gets lost?
If the parcel looks damaged when it arrives, tell the courier before you sign for it. In every case write to support within 7 days of delivery, with photos. If a parcel hasn't arrived 14 days after our shipping email, write to support within the following 7 days. We file the claim with the courier used for the shipment and follow the courier's rules for the refund. If you receive the wrong card, write to support: we look at each case and decide how to put it right.
Who can buy?
Only adults (18+). When you sign up we ask for your date of birth and for your explicit acceptance of the Terms and the Privacy Policy. We may ask for proof of age or identity at any time, for example in case of a report or suspected abuse.
Do I need to verify my email?
Yes, once, when you sign up. Without a verified email you can't buy Coins or open packs. If you sign up with Google, your email is already verified.
What is the username for?
It's the public name shown on the Packify Cup. You pick it in the Packify Cup section (3–16 characters: letters, numbers and underscores) and it can't be changed afterwards. Until you pick one, you appear on the ranking under a generic name.
Where is my data stored?
In the European Union (Frankfurt). We process it under the GDPR; details are in the Privacy Policy.
What are Coins?
Packify's prepaid credit: 100 Coins = €1. You use them only to buy packs, and buybacks are paid in Coins. Shipping is paid separately in euros, never from your balance.
How do I buy Coins?
By card via Stripe. Bundles are available, and larger ones carry more bonus Coins — the bonus is shown on each one. Your balance updates as soon as the payment goes through, and you get a receipt by email. We don't store your card details.
On your first Coins purchase every bundle comes with free packs on top: you can see them on each bundle on the Coins page. A free pack is credited as Coins, so you choose which pack to open.
Is there a welcome bonus?
Yes. When you sign up and your email is verified you get 1,000 Coins, enough for 2 packs. Your first 2 packs, from any expansion you like, are Welcome Packs.
Welcome Packs don't count toward the Packify Cup. The bonus is once per person and only for new sign-ups. It's separate from the free packs you get with your first Coins purchase.
Can I buy packs directly in euros?
No, packs are bought only with Coins. If you don't have enough, we suggest the smallest Coins bundle that covers the pack.
Do Coins expire? Can I get them refunded?
Purchased Coins don't expire. A Coins purchase you haven't used at all can be refunded within 14 days of the payment: write to support. Once part of it has been spent, the rest of that purchase is no longer refundable. Bonus and promotional Coins are never refundable. If you ask us to close your account, you lose the Coins you haven't used.
Can I transfer Coins to another user?
No.
How do the daily rewards work?
Once a day, on the Rewards page, you can claim free Coins. Claims run in cycles of 7 consecutive days: day 1 is the Weekly — a bigger one — and days 2 to 7 are the Daily. Then a new cycle starts, again with the Weekly. Your first Weekly is there right away, on your first claim.
Days change at midnight, Italian time. You need a verified email, and the Coins you get are platform credit like any other: spendable on packs, not convertible to cash.
What happens if I skip a day?
You restart from the first Daily, on day 2 of the cycle: the next Weekly comes after six Dailies in a row. Nothing you've already claimed is taken away — you only lose your progress toward the next Weekly. An orange dot next to Rewards in the menu means today's claim is still waiting for you.
How many Coins do I get?
The amount is a random draw made by our server, within a fixed range. We don't show it before you tap: the page shows your progress through the cycle, and after the claim, what you got. The Weekly is always a bigger range than the Daily.
How does the monthly Packify Cup work?
You're in automatically from your first Coins top-up: every 500 Coins spent on packs = 1 point, so pricier packs score more. The ranking resets on the 1st of every month at midnight (Italian time). At the end of the month the top three are emailed: the winner gets a 5-card God Pack, Pokémon or One Piece, their pick; 2nd place gets 10 packs and 3rd place 5, from the expansion they prefer. Prizes are claimed on the Packify Cup page.
Which packs count?
Packs you open after your first Coins purchase. Packs that were gifted to you, and your Welcome Packs, don't count. If two players tie, the one who reached the score first ranks higher.
Do I have a right of withdrawal?
Yes, in these cases. A pack you haven't opened can be refunded within 14 days of its purchase: write to support from your account's email address and the Coins you paid go back to your balance. When you open a pack you ask us to deliver its contents at once, and you lose the right of withdrawal on that pack (Art. 59(1)(o) of the Italian Consumer Code, Art. 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU): opened packs aren't refundable, and the cards a pack contains are never a reason for a refund. A Coins purchase you haven't used at all can be refunded within 14 days of the payment.
Can I return a card I received?
No: cards that have been shipped can't be returned. A card that arrives damaged or isn't the card you asked for is a different matter — see "What if a card arrives damaged?" above; the details are in Shipping and Refunds.
What if a bug gives me wrong Coins or values?
Write to support by email. If an error changes Coins, prices or card values, we put the figures right, as the Terms say.
How do I contact support?
By email: support@packify.cards and in the Terms. For a specific pack or shipment, include its code so we can find it quickly — you'll find it on the pack page or on the shipment page. Write from your account's email address: refund requests get an answer within 5 working days.
Include the pack code or the shipment code — you'll find it on the pack page or on the shipment page — and we can look into it right away.
