Shipping and Returns Policy

Your pull, your card

A card you keep isn't a picture or a store credit — it's a claim on the real, physical card. It sits in your Binder for as long as you want, with no expiry. Move it to the Vault when you're ready to receive it, and request a shipment from there.

How we source what we send

Cards we already hold ship straight from our warehouse in Italy. For the rest, we buy the exact card you pulled — same set, same rarity — from Cardmarket, Europe's reference marketplace for these cards, from whichever seller actually has it. That's also why we can only ship where Cardmarket itself can deliver: see the country list below.

What it costs

A flat €10.00 per shipment request, however many cards it contains — no threshold, no per-card math. Unlike a pack, this isn't paid from your Coins balance: it's a real-money charge, requested only once every card is confirmed available, right before we pack your order, never at the moment you request it. If a card turns out not to be reachable, see "Unavailable card" below — that doesn't affect this fee for the rest of the shipment.

Where we ship

Everywhere our supply chain reaches today: every Cardmarket-served market, all of the EU plus the EEA, the UK, and two overseas outposts.

Not on the list — North America included — because Cardmarket itself doesn't deliver there yet. If that changes, so does this list. [TO CONFIRM: support contact for customers outside these countries.]

Fulfillment

We prepare and ship the request; you receive an email with tracking once the shipment leaves.

Delivery times

These vary by country, and not only by distance from Italy. Our own warehouse is here, but a card sourced from Cardmarket ships from wherever its seller actually is — sometimes a neighboring country to you, sometimes not. When that seller is closer to you than our warehouse, that leg of the journey can land faster than a shipment consolidated through Italy would. A shipment with cards from multiple sources may also arrive as more than one parcel, on different days, rather than all at once.

Unavailable card

If a card in the shipment turns out to be unavailable, its equivalent value (100% of the reference value) is credited to you in Coins and the card is not included in the shipment.

Damage and loss

[TO BE DEFINED: procedure to dispute damage or non-delivery, time limits, any insurance coverage.]

Withdrawal and returns

The right of withdrawal does not apply to packs that have already been opened (see Terms, point 4). For physical goods shipped, the statutory consumer-goods terms apply.
